How to Fill Out the Checkout Form

Here's how to fill out the checkout form properly so your groceries are delivered to the right person in Zimbabwe — and your payment goes through without issues.

📧 Step 1: Your Email Address

Enter your own email address (as the sender). This is where we’ll send your order confirmation and delivery updates.


🚚 Step 2: Delivery Details (Sender’s Info + Recipient’s Delivery Address)

This section collects your information as the sender, and the delivery address of the person you're sending to in Zimbabwe.

  • Name & Phone: Enter your own name and phone number (as the person placing the order)
  • Address: Enter your recipient’s delivery address in Zimbabwe
  • City: The city where the recipient lives (e.g. Harare, Bulawayo)
  • Delivery Instructions + Receiver Contact: Enter your recipient’s full name and Zimbabwean phone number here (e.g. “Auntie Sarah, +263 77 123 4567”)

⚠️ Even though this section is titled with “Sender,” make sure you use the fields like this:
✔️ Your name and contact number
✔️ Recipient’s address
✔️ Recipient’s name, delivery instructions and Zim number in the notes


💳 Step 3: Billing & Payment (Sender)

This section is for your billing address — the one linked to your debit or credit card.

  • Name: Your name
  • Address: Your real home address (e.g. Sydney, London, etc.)
  • Phone: Optional — your contact number

💡 This does not affect delivery. It’s only used to verify your payment.


✅ Summary

  • Email: Your email
  • Delivery Section: Your name + Zim delivery address (for the recipient)
  • Special Instructions Field: Recipient’s name and Zim phone number
  • Billing Section: Your billing address and payment info
